Habeeb Oredola, SAN is the Practice Head of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and a key member of the Corporate Commercial Advisory, Energy & Renewable Resources and Foreign Direct Investment practices of the firm. He provides enterprising legal solutions to complex commercial disputes and transactions, advising multinationals and high-net-worth individuals on litigation strategy, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
With sizeable experience acquired from leading law firms Paul Usoro & Co and Ajumogobia & Okeke, Habeeb has been a member of teams that have represented clients in the most complex litigations across corporate, product liability, and oil & gas sectors. He has appeared before courts of original and appellate jurisdictions throughout Nigeria, ensuring the protection of his clients’ business interests through sound legal advice delivered at reasonable rates and expeditiously.
Well versed in international and domestic alternative dispute resolution laws, Habeeb is a seasoned problem solver with the requisite expertise to explore viable ADR options.
